David responded to my advert very promptly, came to assess the work needed and was able to start the next day. He works meticulously and has high standards. I was delighted to find someone who would undertake small jobs for me that had built up such as grouting, hanging a mirror, sealing around windows and fitting a pane of glass in an internal door. In the future I will certainly be contacting him to quote for a new lounge window. He left everywhere clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend him.

The electrical test on bathroom installation was eventually conducted and the safety certificate issued on the 16 November 2012. Now still waiitng for the repair of leak from the bathroom into recess light in the hallway below reported issue to C & S Plumbing on the 12 November 2012 but due to my initial complaint about the certificate which they discovered later they have refused to honor their word and warrenty. Now quoted in excess of £400 by another plumber to repair C & S work. Update to be provided

Wayne and Dave were excellent contractors - efficient, knowledgeable, polite and willing to help and advise. In the first instance they provided an excellent value for money quote - work was carried out on time without any hitches. They understood that not all the work could be carried out in one go indeed they needed to come to our home x4 times to complete the works; nothing was too much trouble to these guys. Michael came to our house at 5.30pm to fit our under floor heating in 3 rooms at very short notice. He arrived promptly and couldn't have been more helpful. He refitted our insulation as it had been put down wrong by our builder with no problem at all. He stayed until the job was complete which was 1.30am! we was so grateful, Really nice guy, very clean.

Not a great experience. New shower tray walk in shower fitted for disabled parent. Returned to find a very poor job. Not sealed around the tray, along the trim and sealant on panels at the top missing and incomplete. Black scuff marks left on the ceiling. Root cause identified that the trader uses contractors for some parts and clearly doesn't inspect their work therefore had to withhold payment (although pressured on email to pay) to make sure it was put right. Most rectified I'll complete sealing.

Miles helped at such short notice and as my Mum is 97, he agreed to come on Sunday to fix her lighting so she’d be safe. He told us his call-out and hourly rate, messaged when he was a bit delayed, and diagnosed fault and fixed it . He explained everything and was very tidy, no mess at all.
