The standard of work is very good, and the room was vacuumed before he left. The cost of the job was within my budget. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. Quiet unassuming craftsman, totally reliable, turned up when he said he would and did a very good job.
