Efficient, collaborative, fair value. I needed a cast iron radiator re-positioning in my living room and Tim did an excellent job. He was low-key, polite and very thorough. Recommended.

Tim did a first class job on the radiator fitting. There were a few complications with the pipework, which he solved by buying and fitting new elements. Highly recommended. I will definitely use again!

I am very disappointed that Tim has not returned my emails regarding the leak in the radiator fitting that he worked on for me. I therefore have changed my rating and review accordingly. Not recommended as I will have to pay for the fix now. Very annoying.

Adam was the first to contact me and after giving me a competitive price to replace an electric shower and arranged to come the next day to carry out the work. He did an excellent job and was very tidy in respect of the work carried out. Adam is a gentlemen and takes pride in the work which really shows. I can’t recommend Adam enough. I needed a new sink, tap and waste pipe fitted and he helped me to order the right one, and came and fitted it a few days later with his colleague. They did an amazing job, and we are really pleased. Brilliant communication beforehand too. Hire him!

Adam from FlexProperty dealt with my job in an amazing fashion, no question asked went unanswered. I had a small leak from just under the toilet, turns out the main water pipe that leads from the bath also had a leak which he identified rather than just fixing the one problem, he looked into what else could cause it. Couldn't be happier with the service. He was well presented and very polite.

Adam answered my posting very quickly. Gave me a reasonable quote to unblock my sink. Turned up at specified time and did the job efficiently and in good time. He is a very pleasant person, clean and well presented - also prepared to have a short conversation about books. Overall an excellent job.
