We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. 7 interior doors fitted. From the start Nasif impressed me with his professionalism by informing himself with the type of doors bought, the sizes and then providing a quotation for the work. I did have to wait a while for the start date but the did not bother me because it told me that they were in high demand. On the day of the job Nasif and his team turned up on time.
