Dom from Pure Boilers responded promptly to my enquiry about a leak on my boiler even though it was Sunday and Ny Eve. Despite it not being an emergency, he came out the next working day. He gave details of the different solutions and I chose to have a new boiler installed which he ordered the same day and fitted 2 days later. Arrived promptly to give a quote. Replacing an elderly boiler threw up a few problems but he used his knowledge and experience to solve these. Arrived on time each day and carried out the work efficiently. Clean and tidy worker. Took great care to ensure the central heating system was working satisfactorily before he left.
