Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. He proved to be reliable and very polite. He has since done some further minor jobs in our new home and I would definitely recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a good plumber. His partner James Taylor is an excellent tiler and electrician, together they can do most jobs.

No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!

Hired Boiler Beat Ltd via MyBuilder on a £300 quote to replace a full zone valve. On arrival, only the actuator head was changed (20 mins work) yet I was charged 2/3 of the cost. The actuator was left unscrewed with missing parts, wiring insulation was cut, and the valve operation remains unresolved. My messages since have been ignored. I will now need another engineer to complete the work and will be reporting the matter to Gas Safe.
