Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. I have also chosen Agua to do my Bathroom in Feb 2017 as I know they will do an excellent job. They do not request a single penny until the job is complete and that the customer is satisfied. They do not rush the job and are a family firm having their own workforce. I was told by other firms my job could be completed in 1 day with 2 men which I doubt would be to the same high standard. Konrad replaced a rotten old single-pane skylight in a difficult location in our stairwell, needless to say it was a tricky job and not many would have taken it on. Konrad and his co-worker replaced the skylight with a velux-style window in one full day, with everything down to the plastering done by 18h00.
