Had a problem with a boiler not providing hot water. This was identified late one Friday evening. Dan came round on the Sunday to have a look, having placed a job on Rated people. Parts had to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as these arrived Dan came back to the property to fix the boiler and successfully finish the job. Several days later Dan sent a courteous text to ask if everything was still working. Since he completed the job no problems have been encountered. I would use him again.
