Tom did a good job on replacing old boiler. The best about him is that he does care about his customers. The boiler replacement jobs should have lasted for 2 days and we were expecting no hot water and heating for both days. However Tom didn't leave the job 1st day until we had a hot water and heating in household for overnight use! Great Service!

The quality of his workmanship was high, his tiling in particular is quick and very well finished. T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.
