ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. They gave great advice, like installing a pump for a high-pressure shower and rearranging the toilet and sink for better use of space. I have more to add to my review. Doug Rose went above and beyond to fix the unexpected problems that arose with our rather old plumbing. Intending to lay new bathroom flooring, instead found he had to identify and cure a severe plumbing blockage, we were very lucky he was at hand. Unexpectedly our up pipe was filled with what looked like black sand having accumulated for years, recent work caused it to drop down and block everything in the bathroom. Expertly resolved by Doug, recommend, excellent work

There were a lot of complications and frustrations, it was a challenge for him and he worked all hours, gone midnight on a few occasions, he had a deadline and he made it. After I posted my enquiry, Lawrence phoned me within half an hour. We discussed the job, he gave me a price , and I accepted it later. He did the job to our complete satisfaction, 3 days later, arriving at 8.00am. He laid a new laminate floor in a small conservatory, and took up and laid a new floor in the kitchen. It was wet and he had to walk from the house to the outside garage to do the cutting. He kept to his quote, but I gave him extra for the awkward door threshold strips. Definitely recommended.
