About HOMEBOND PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED

Established in 1994 we offer a comprehensive building service for kitchens, bathrooms, alterations, extensions or new builds. I have over forty years experience in the industry and twenty five of those with UK national housebuilders. If you have a project we provide a free consultation and a fixed price quotation with a full specification attached. Our design and build service can take care of the complete project to provide you with a turn-key completion. Our tradesmen are all qualified and experienced and we are fully insured to include design liability.

Andrew company was excellent throughout the small project in kitchen /diner . This team are professional tradesmen’s and very hard working They cleaned up every evening before leaving and collected the rubbish throughout the project. Overall summary five star ??????????

Andrew was very prompt at replying and appeared very knowledgeable. He had some great ideas too. I was so pleased and liked the guy, was looking forward to a quote and finally cracking on with the work in the hands of an experienced company. The trouble is, despite his enthusiasm; knowing I was serious with the work etc; as well as being aware I'd been recovering from a serious illness (now in remission from cancer), I have not received a quote from him or the company since. He's wasted my (precious) time,

Andrew was perfect for this job. I needed guidance on the right solution to complete some works done by a previous plumber and Andrew's understanding of what I wanted to achieve was spot on. Andrew and the team did a great job of matching bricks to fix and build up an existing wall, knock down an old wall providing access from the Alley for parking and adding in a secure garden gate. Great communication throughout and final cost as quoted.

Dealing with Andrew and his team at Homebond was smooth from start to completion. Carried out a home visit to inspect the work to be carried out and we received the written quote within a couple of days. The guys removed the wall being very careful not to destroy the house in dust, the new beam was in that day and they cleaned the downstairs of our house before they left. Very happy with the new space we’ve now got and happy to recommend Homebond for your future home renovations.
