We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Ames did an excellent job at tiling the floor in my conservatory. He talked through what needed doing and explained the materials he would be using. The tiles looked fantastic when he had finished and the job was completed within the times agreed with nothing being too much of a problem.

We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. We hired Kris to replace the carpet with flooring in a two-bedroom flat. However, there were some gaps between the floorboards, and a noise could be heard when stepping on them. Kris recently offered to come back and fix the issue at no cost, taking two days to do so. He has shown a great level of responsibility, which is rare in this industry.

George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)
