Tony arrived on time to provide an estimate for a shower repair. He rang in the evening to discuss the problem and offered a solution, as he had done some research on the internet. A replacement shower was not required, only a shower head to match existing make and model. Many thanks. I would be pleased to recommend this trades person.

The workmanship was of a very high quality, but the thing that really stuck out was how reliable and trustworthy Jay was. I have not had a chance to inspect. I am a landlord and the work was carried out on a tenanted property. But there were no complaints from the tenants so that in itself is a good sign. Brian is a real Pro, a landlord himself, he understood what my needs were and gave good value for money. He also made arrangements direct with the tenant to gain access.
