I went for Huttons as he was the better rated and experienced of the other quotes. We are very pleased with the bookcase. We did have a number of hiccups and this is where I rate them best. Without complaint, issues were sorted out / corrected - I was not left in any way feeling awkward or anything. Often I think it is how a tradesman responds to the hiccups that sets them apart from the others, as not every job is smooth. That is why I would highly recommend them, because if you do have an issue, I can assure you it will be sorted out.

David was excellent. Communication superb, always replied to emails and texts very promptly. Excellent tiling. Flexible, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Although he was scheduled to finish as planned at the end of the week and would have done had the taps I ordered had come on time, he came back as soon as the taps were the delivered the following week. Two bathrooms and downstairs loo done and we will be asking David to come back to do our two other bathrooms.

Straight away I felt comfortable that he was very professional and thorough with his attitude and work. From just a freshen up project, this became much bigger project as damp had ripped through the whole property. He replaced joists and most floorboards, resolved leaks, removed damp, installed new kitchen along with the 'freshen up' and much more. I hired Imperial plastering after a very reasonable quote compared to others. Some wanted me to send photos for a quote but Charlie came around to look at needed doing and explained what he would do. He came on time and worked hard, he repaired the ceiling that had fallen down and replastered the whole ceiling in the bedroom and the ceiling in porch and plastered walls. I highly recommend Charlie he was professional and courteous thoroughly tidied up after himself .His plastering was to a very high standard

Although not the cheapest quote I received, Arnes price was competitive and in view of his ratings from previous customers and his accommodating personality I decided to accept his quote. Adam was amazing from start to finish. He started from a empty kitchen and fully kitten our wickes kitchen to a very very high standard. Integrated appliances, oven, hob, extractor hood and Worktops all fitted perfectly. Adam is extremely professional and skilled, Woking around the features of our kitchen and was extremely accommodating when needed.
