If I could give 10 stars for each category I would! I cannot say how happy I am with the finished job and with the clean and tidy way in which it was conducted. Patrick is obviously highly skilled and he works very hard. That said, nothing is too much trouble for this young man, and it's clear that his customer's satisfaction is paramount. Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.
I have been in the building trade for over 40 years I am a city & guilds Bricklayer but take on all aspects of building work ground work , bricklaying, carpentry, roofing and all the internal works electrical, plumbing, plastering an all second fix carpentry hard landscaping . The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well
