James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

Very quick response and started work the next day. Reliable and hard working. Seem to have done a good job on the roof which was leaking - only time will tell. Stayed late to finish off plastering inside the house, which was a great help as we didn't need to find a second tradesman to do this. Altogether I would certainly recommend Star Roofing.

Wow this person is so untrustworthy & unprofessional. A professional roofer has advised me that roofing felt should always be adhered with a heat gun. Ben Brown of ABI said he hadn't stuck it down because the sun would heat it and make it stick! then scarpered. It came loose because it wasn't stuck down in the 1st place not because of any storm. He hasn't even offered to come and take a look. Before I realised how unprofessional he was I referred my neighbour who wanted a shed doing -he did not even reply

Ryan did an excellent job on fitting my new shower and replacement boiler. After fitting the shower it kept leaking into the flat below but he persevered until he found the problem and fixed it. The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another.
