Sean came out and gave me a very reasonable quote for removal of an old cold water and a hot water tank and connecting my flat directly to mains water. He installed a new hot water tank and it has been great! First shower was so powerful compared to what it was before. He spent time explaining things and tidied everything up. Although not the cheapest quote, the work was done promptly, the staff were courteous and very hardworking, they tidied up as they went along, and snagging issues were dealt with. Communication was very good, either by text, email or in person. Neil did a systematic and detailed check on all the electrics to not only find the fault and repair it, but went the extra mile to check the other lights to ensure that the problem wouldn't recurr.
