James said that he didn`t have much work on so he could come and have a look at my roof problem the following day.He said that he would phone when he was on his way.Didn`t phone,didn`t show up,didn`t answer his phone when i called,didn`t reply to my messages.Little wonder that he doesn`t have much work on.Waited around for him for several hours.......Time waster.......minus 5 stars( although i have to give 1 star to submit my comments )

The guys got onto the job quickly and at the time specified and got on with the job.The only reason I did not give the quality a full 5 stars is because some of the lower courses of brickwork were not pointed up, but this could be a communication issue as I could not be there to tell them exactly what needed to be done. Would Recommend This Builder.

Job didn't last long, started leaking again when it rained heavy. wasted money. Another company looked at the chimney and flat roof and politely described the job as done by cons, using this site to get quick cash from urgent jobs, which if not done professionally costs more in the long run. The banter is part of the deception.

Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.

DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER. We hired Dave for the plumbing on the renovation of our new house. This included new radiators, new boiler (fitted by another gassafe plumber not Dave as he's not registered), fit new downstairs loo, fit new bathroom, and due to complications new cylinder and pumps. We thought we had a good relationship with Dave as he turned up on time, worked hard and seemed conscientious. The problems started after the job had finished and he had been paid in full. The hot water system was still not commissioned (I shouldn't have paid him until this had been done, but I've learned now), and more worryingly the boiler had not been commissioned. There was also a leak from the downstairs wc sink. These were to be completed by Dave on the last day but he never turned up and a series of excuses ended up with Dave never coming back. Two days after moving in a wet patch appeared on the kitchen ceiling and progressively got worse. We tried to call Dave but by now he had decided not to answer our calls. He did agree to pay for another plumber to complete/fix the job. To date we've not seen a penny. We got the leak fixed which was caused by bad soldering under the shower tray. We had to contact Gas Safe to get Dave to respond to our request for getting the boiler and hot water working, and eventualy the boiler fitter came out (and even thought Dave was out of his depth on the job). He even said he was trying to contact us to arrange this but Dave told him he didnt have our number, which is a lie as he has it stored in is phone under don't answer! Now, we've noticed another leak in the lounge ceiling. I would call Dave but he wouldn't answer, and I wouldn't want him anywhere near this house again. Since moving we've noticed that the standard of workmanship is poor on the bathroom fittings, shower enclosure and bathtaps (set in wall), which are now leaking and finished messily. Again we're getting another plumber to fix this and will be sending the bill to Dave - which he's agreed to pay but I've not seen it yet. Rest assured Dave, I will be taking this to the small claims court as it costs me nothing through my home insurance. In summary, Dave seems like a lovely guy, but in reality is not up to the job and is not good to his word. Assuming his excuses are true its still no reason to treat people like this.

When I was told that Mark and his team would be at our house before we left for work at 7am, I couldn't believe it! But they stuck to their word; they showed up early, did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....

PB installed a new Velux window where an old skylight had been positioned. The job turned out to be more complicated than first anticipated. However, PBs staff stayed as long as the task took (working into the dark and coming back the next day) and charged no extra. No notes were taken on the initial visit and so a loose tile was left down which meant i had to rip the other tiles up before they set. The sealant around the bath and shower was a joke, they put clear sealant over grey that had been cut and so you could see the mess of grey beneath. To top it off the leak that was aparently fixed is now leaking again. Amateurs!

Steve came and gave me a quote and said he would provide 3 of the doors which I was happy with. We arranged a day for him to come and fit all the doors but when the day came he didn't turn up or reply to my texts.so i called him up the following week and he told me that he left a message which I obviously didn't receive so he arranged another day and again didn't turn up and switched his phone off! The rating was given for the redurb of bathroom however we needed a pump as the shower was not powerful enough . He ordered it and came to fit it .Within 3 days it was blowing fuses every time we used it . Told there was a fault and the supplier would send another. Unfortunately we have not seen the plumber since he has avoided calls txt ect resulting in us paying another £400 and my husband connected it not Happy
