He he was flexible with when he could come over to give me a quote, quickly followed up with the quote and was then happy for me to source a few of the parts needed for the job. He contacted me straight away he was the only electrician who made an effort to visit me at home to explain the quote in person i.e. the cost and works required so I was able to understand. His apprentice and him works very quickly, even though Kevin himself was unwell he did not leave until he has finish.
