DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

He came one weekend to replace the boiler thermostat and service the boiler, charged £90 and was there 1 hour. Was supposed to come back the following weekend to replace the pump and 3 port valve, but never turned up. After waiting a week I rang and left a message and I'm still waiting to hear back, that was 11 days ago now. Our house is still cold.
I've been maintaining property for about 15 years,most of my work has been from recommendations I appreciate there are lots of families who simply donâ??t know a builder they can relay on and are trust worthy. Well congratulations you have found one!
