Pathetic behaviour of the owner, I requested services for which i was asked to pay half of the money upfront, the guys turned up did not completed the requested job by saying its too late now we have to drive two hours to go back home? Never turned up to do rest of the work! Instead damaged my property never apologised for that neither returned to even check it. Avoid and dont pay in advance

George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Sadly as much as the extension looks fine on the outside, there have been too many issues behind the scenes that we have had to get remedied, which has been a huge additional ongoing cost to us. The team are not experts and will not do a thorough job. We have recently had to deal with a big health and safety electrical issue due to their inability to do things properly. Steve seemed a nice guy but left us with 3 leaks, a radiator that doesn't work and we had no hot water for a week ( with 2 small kids). He is not interested in coming back to repair his work and has refused to refund any money. I could not recommend Steve for any work.

He did phone ahead to say he was 15 minutes away, but it was actually an hour. Everything else was OK, got a quote, and he answered the questions I asked.

Came to repair the hole, all good until our trusted decorator came to paint the ceilings. He did his mis-coat and then the plaster all bubbled up and peeled off.. have been told that the board wasn’t sealed with pva before plastering, so any moisture has just sunk through with nothing to cling to.. no we have to pay to get the ceiling re-done!!

He came one weekend to replace the boiler thermostat and service the boiler, charged £90 and was there 1 hour. Was supposed to come back the following weekend to replace the pump and 3 port valve, but never turned up. After waiting a week I rang and left a message and I'm still waiting to hear back, that was 11 days ago now. Our house is still cold.

Kevin sounded very good on the phone so i booked him to come over a few days later. he never showed up. i phoned him and he didn't answer, then at 5;30 (he was meant to be here at 5) called to say he wont be able to make it. we rearranged for a few days later. he never showed up or called. Obviously i can't say anything about the quality of his work, as i never had the opportunity to use his service, but if you definitely need a job done and a tradesman that will show up- i suggest you look elsewhere. .
