Graham arrived exactly when he said he would, with all the necessary materials to lay our bathroom slate floor and ceramic wall tiles. He then fixed a plasterboard problem that was not his to fix, before getting on with his tiling job. He worked 4 days solidly, right through to Sunday, to complete the job to our deadline, without any complaint or extra weekend charge. Our tiles look beautiful and I can't wait to use our new bathroom. I wish our builder was as helpful and reliable!! Thank you Graham.

All I can say is that I was really in a fix as the boiler packed up over the Christmas period. Antonio of About Town provided a very competitive deal with a 7 year warranty on a Worcester Bosch. He arrived the day after Boxing Day and replaced the old boiler without any fuss or bother. My experience was that he is very knowledgeable, clean, friendly, and meticulous. Also he's approved by Worcester Bosch and will arrive on time rain, weather or shine.

Really pleased with the work done it the flat. Marek was reliable, hard working and skilled at his work. The price quoted after a short visit came promptly and was within my budget. All of the work was completed to a high standard and there were no extra costs beyond the quote, which included materials and taking away rubbish. The flat was left tidy. Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.
