We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

I've had a problem for a while with my underfloor heating - boiler would come on even when the thermostat was off, so I've been unable to automatically turn heating on and off. I have had heating specialists from British Gas and also independents taking a look, saying they can't sort, and then charging a fee. Marian was able with his skillset to pinpoint the problem to an electrical switch associated with the underfloor heating. So it is now fixed, and I am a very happy customer!

Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted.
