No rating, we did not hit it off, Mr Lamb, was quoting gas regulations as soon as he got in the door, stating this and that, but after calling the boiler manufacturer, to check his facts, I don't think he heard what he wanted to hear, and tried to cover up that fact, by this time he had really pissed me off so I somewhat lost it, in the end he packed up his kit and walked off the job. Mr Lamb needs to get his facts somewhat more accurate, before trying to be Mr know it all, want to remember who is paying.

Very friendly and efficient; he let me know he was running late and texted when he was on his way. Sorted out the leak problem under the sink and checked and fixed leak on washing machine. Would use him again.

Robin came out to me on very short notice on a Sunday. My gas boiler was 26 years old and unfortunately I needed a new one Robin got me a new one and fitted it very quickly. Very friendly very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. I will be using Robin again for all of my other jobs and servicing of any of my gas appliances. Thank you.
