He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. Richard was here when he said he would be, did the work quickly and professionally, and coped with some unexpected problems well (late arrival of the basin I ordered, and a leaky pipe only discovered once the tiles were off). The price he quoted was the price we paid. Overall we are very happy with what he did and how he did it.
