Mark came out to look at the job and provided me with a reasonable quotation unlike DPW Electrical who just asked for details over the phone, I'm not sure how you can give a definitive quote like that! Adrian carried this work out for us after a very informative consultation. Fantastic work carried out in a very professional manner. Standard was excellent. We were that impressed with his standard of work that we also got him to fit a new kitchen which he sourced for us at a very good price. He built it installed the appliances and did all the tiling to a fantastic standard. Will definately use him again.

I was happy to employ Adam Bardsley of A.R.B. Electrical Solutions after speaking to him on the phone and I was not disappointed. He replaced the broken light at the front door and suggested an alternative light for the rear (which I had never considered) and even replaced a couple of sockets. He was extremely pleasant and, although the jobs were relatively small, he did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to have him back or recommend him to anyone else.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
Watts electrical have been involved in every type of electrical works for the past 30 years, also security alarms / cctv / access control / and home automation. We are also NICEIC Approved contractor and have two million pounds insurance policy .

Richard fitted a new unvented hot water tank for us in our loft. He was very professional with the quotation and booking the install, and the tank and pipework undertaken looks really well thought out, well fitted and organised. The work was completed in the 3 day schedule anticipated except for one minor glitch with the smart controller which was sorted first thing the next morning. The job was booked in for the next day with no fuss. Arrived on time and listened to the issues described. He chased the wiring around half the house for us to find a single loose cable. Bill’s a really nice, genuine guy. He gave us prices for concrete replacement and new slate replacement. But also offered the option of recycling the original slate, an idea we really liked. Much more environmentally friendly. He did a great job. So good that my next door neighbour has had hers done too. And now the next neighbour along is having hers done as well. HPS were set quite a high specification to meet - a tricky andvery compact installation in an older property for a meticulous client. They did not disappoint once the customer's expectation of quality and his 'no compromise' approach were fully understood. The job took longer than anticipated - to HPS's credit they did not cut any corners and worked through to completion without leaving the job half finished. Most importantly HPS were fair, open and honest in the way they did business.
