We found Alwin to be a true professional, we were worried about who to use after hearing horror stories about plumbers. Alwin however put our mind at risk very quickly, and even though the job became a lot larger then initially expected he managed to finish within our timescales. Since then we have had a couple of minor issues with the bathroom, however Alwin has come over to repair them immediately which I have found very impressive. I would certainly recommend AA plumbing in the future.

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Adam was very polite and was carefull not to disrupt the house when he was working. The standard of his work is very high and he told me he treats every job as if he was doing it in his own home. I only put reliability at 4 stars because the job did take longer as he had to go back to the factory to get the doors trimmed because they were a fraction to big. He did this willingly even though he had to travel to Oxford. I would recomend him to anyone and I will deffinately use him again.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. From day one We were very impressed by level of work offered by this company and its workers. We were given a quote on what would be the price for main work and this was followed. Any extras apart of course. The two workers that came to do the job were extremely clean, making sure all other areas of the house were protected, especially our brand new floor, which they covered with hard duty plastic to ensure it would not be damaged. The workers were extremely knowledgeable of what they had to do, and were also open for suggestions from both me and my wife. Whenever we wanted to change something on the work, they would gladly raise to the challenge. The end result was a Walking Shower Room fit for a 5 star hotel. The attention to detail was second to none, and the way on which the workers conducted themselves was extremely professional and very friendly. I will definitely use them again for already planned work on exterior door and internal bits the wife is already planning to do. I would recommend this company any time and would gladly open my house for viewing if needed. We are extremely happy with this trader and the excellent work provided.
