Very good service provided by JOR. Not the cheapest, but pleased with the workmanship and they provide a variety of services. Can also be difficult to book them in for jobs as they are very busy, but if you have the time available to wait then I would recommend them.

They installed a water heater that broke after 1 hour and they wouldn't replace it or fix it obviously I was very disappointed and £200 out of pocket and without hot water. I only needed one as an emergency and basically found myself in the worst situation i could image and not a care in the world from these tradesmen.

18 months after the works were completed, it is apparent that he has not used a suitable downpipe connection joint as it is leaking. Showing the work to a surveyor he said " Looks like they have tried to get away with using a cheap connection. They should have fitted a connection that goes into the pipe opposed to joining a UPVC into the side of it. Ideally it should be one section so there are no joints." I have emailed the builder but he has not attended site to correct this. I would not recommend him.

He was pretty much always there at exactly the time he said he would come and the work was completed within the time stated. Revised review. I originally gave a 1 star review to Bill Osborne(RL Contracts)for the substandard work that he undertook solely. He told me that this review had to be removed for me to receive a partial refund. Which I did. To finish the extension, I have retained the sub contractors that he originally employed as their work has been exemplary. I have spent the past month repeating work that he undertook personally (roofing/plumbing) and am massively out of pocket even with a refund. HENCE THE ONE STAR
