These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.

we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. Lolli did an absolutely fantastic job creating a beautiful new bathroom for our home. He worked very long hours and along with Johnny always left the site clean and tidy. We were particularly impressed with Lolli's attention to detail and perfectionism. There were several issues that came up during the process, as our bathroom is very small with wonky walls and an uneven floor but Lolli rose to the challenge and found a solution for every problem. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I'm already planning for him to come back and build our en-suite and install our central heating as soon as we can find room in the budget!
