I used AGL to decorate my 5 bedroom house in W12 in April 2014. The standard of the work was excellent. They are experienced and were able to come up with practical solutions to issues that arose. They were able to carry out addition electrical and plumbing work. Their quote was competitive and transparent. They repsonded promptly to calls and emails. Rad is a fantastic Carpenter ! I was looking for a perfect job in the installation of my Wood Veneer Doors and Frames - Rad certainly delivered ! Rad has all the tools required to fit doors, the hinges were cut out with precision with a hinge jig and a router. The Frames were installed with precision, I thoroughly enjoyed watching Rad cut the hinges and install the frames. I felt I have learned by watching Rad work. We have not gone ahead with his quote but Piotr was excellent at contacting me and keeping in touch with regard to the appointments made for him to come and view the work. He was very friendly and professional and listened to what we wanted/needed and came back with a quote within a couple of days. I would have liked the quote to be a bit more detailed and ‘professional’ looking – but this was not the reason we decided not to work with him. I wish him luck with other jobs.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Truly awful experience. The garage conversion was ok (bar the space around the electrical back boxes being stuffed with newspaper) but the flat refurbishment was a disaster. It started ok but as the tasks became more complex, the quality of work declined. The kitchen needed 3 fits, the bathroom has had to be rebuilt, the wiring has dropped into the walls, the joinery is execrable and the radiators don’t work. The job also took 16 weeks rather than 8.
I am a very reliable person, honest and hard working, I am new on here, but i have a very good reputation locally ,where I have done a lot of work. My team ( if needed) is very experienced , polite and respectful, we try to complete the work to a high standard of quality and with the minimum disturbance of the home running. We do building work, bricklaying, paving, block paving ( drives), floor and wall tiling, flooring, decorating, plastering, gardening( cutting down trees , bushes), guttering ( installing , maintaining, cleaning ), roofing. Also GRP flat roofs ( fibre glass). Carpentry, kitchen fitting, replacing windows or doors, partitioning walls,ceilings, lights, small demolition and removal works. we try to protect the house assets ( like carpets, etc) as good as we can. We respect all people from all different walks of life and religions. Also , we do ask to be treated as people. FANTASTIC - called viewed job Thursday and quoted and could start work today. Met up bought the goods which was helpful so I knew I had the right materials. Came today 30 mins earlier - not a problem - and he worked like a trojan, carefully, respectfully, tidied up after himself and even did a few more small jobs on top of what he quoted for. Cleared up, reasonably priced. Lovely friendly fellow and he's coming back for other jobs I have lined up. You can't go wrong with Michali. Great carpenter.
