We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Really impressive work by Lukas and his team on our home in Washington Street Brighton. Turned up when they said they would, finished the job when they promised. They did an excellent job on 3 rooms and an 18 foot tall hallway/staircase plus ceilings. A combination of removing some old plaster and replastering or boarding and skimming. Work really well finished - superb. He mostly dealt with my girlfriend and unlike most tradesmen she found him very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend him !

I don't usually leave reviews but I can not rate Craig high enough, I would give a 10 if I could! Felt awful when I found out it involved a bit more work as the radiators were a slightly different size to the originals due to imperial / metric measurements but was made to feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated that the quoted price had not changed at all given the extra work! Outstanding service, very friendly, we will definately be using again! Thank you CMS.
