I would highly recommend L Hughes Property Maintenance - They replaced my large timber decking area with new deck boards and framing. The work was took a week longer due to unforeseen issues. The Joiners were very skilled and the Team in general were conscientious and determined to getting the job completed despite the weather and other issues that were thrown up. There had been a misunderstanding regarding some areas I'd asked to be painted so when I spoke with Marcin about it he was more than happy to sort it out. Tarek did a fantastic job redecorating two rooms of mine in a rental flat that looked quite bad. He repaired seriously damaged wallpaper where a boiler had been removed and cracks in the ceiling before doing the painting. I was really surprised at how good looking the finished results were. All signs of damage and cracks were gone. Very impressed and I'll be using Tarek again when the need arises.

And it ain't because of the reasonable price he asked me for my fridge, but because of the commitment he put in its job. We couldn't recommend Chris & Ronnie (Thistle Dhu Fine) enough. Not only was the job (building a mezzanine bed with cupboards & shelving, & fitting a hardwood floor in our box room) done to a beautifully high standard (way surpassing our expectations), but they were excellent communicators - keeping in touch & sending us pics throughout the build; fast working & punctual; tidy, respectful, courteous & polite; + super reasonable. They really took pride in the craft of their work & it showed - delighted!

your quote was £1800... And that was for materials and labour... If there was any materials left over then they were mine as I had paid for them hence in your quote so any extras u did for me would have been labour costs only I asked you the cost to get hut painted you said no more than £70 but you only painted the roof so no more than £30 hose on to wall no more than £30 a strip of wood round the fence a slab at the hut and some sand round the hut... That's all I can think of that comes nowhere near £500
