Only slight fly in the ointment was difficult to contact at times which may be due to poor mobile reception where he lives (landline alternative might help). He contacted me straight away he was the only electrician who made an effort to visit me at home to explain the quote in person i.e. the cost and works required so I was able to understand. His apprentice and him works very quickly, even though Kevin himself was unwell he did not leave until he has finish.
