Hi,in addition to the flue duct system correct criteria ,bathrooms boiler installations are controlled by building regulations and electric regulations ,like the location of the boiler should be away from the bath tab the electric controls must be outside away from the bathroom just to mention few . Regards

Yes you can install a boiler in the bathroom as long as the flue is in the right criteria away from the window that the regulations allow.
