Very helpful he explained everything that could be an issue and that was an issue.I had previously had another boiler repairman come in who did not even check the boiler thoroughly and diagnosed me with the need to buy three new parts for the boiler!Monty was on time and honest and suggested that it just needed some tweaking and the boiler now works perfectly. Monty was quick to provide a quote and detailed breakdown of the work required by email. Even though I waited a few days to contact Monty on commencing with the work, he did not pester me with phone calls or emails. Once agreed Monty directly communicated with the tenant and arrange access to the property. There were some unexpected costs, but we both compromised on. The work was of a very high standard and Monty at every stage kept me informed of what was going on. I will definately be using Monty again.

Replacement of Boiler , Radiator valves and programmer Monty and his colleague arrived on time each day and kept me fully informed of everything they were doing. I cant rate them highly enough and would recommend MSM to everyone. The end of each day they cleaned up and left everything clean and tidy . They are not 9 to 5 tradesmen the last day they came at 9.30 after obtaining a part and stayed to 9pm cleaning up and showing me how to programme the new boiler and controls. Steve
