Posted by Sharon Barnes, on
My son has just moved into a one bedroom flat in Tunbridge Wells and it needs retiring and a new consumer board. Any idea on price.

You are probably looking at around £1000.00. Impossible to be more accurate without seeing the room and works to be done, but that figure should be about right.

Hi Sharon, there is a little difference in price depending on location with some area's of London charging twice the norm. However you could expect to pay between 1 & 2 thousand depending on the complexity of rewiring, number of circuits or size of flat. Kind regards, Matt
