Can I provide a new rating for a tradesman?

Hi - I wish to revise the rating that I gave to a tradesman that I used through this w/site. I feel I need to change the rating b/c his customer service and approach were appalling when we contacted him to correct a problem that occurred to his work. In particular, he was rude and aggressive towards my wife when he visited the house. He was also very arrogant regarding customers generally. Thank you, Mr Altaf Cassam
