When you post a job on rated people the tradesmen are notified of your job. They then have the option to purchase your job and contact details. Several tradesmen may contact you, sometimes only 1 will contact you. There's no obligation to hire but it's worth noting that the tradesman have to spend their hard earned cash to speak with you in a hope they will win work from contacting you so it's in their interest to quote competitively. Hi John all quotes are free and without obligation. Set a low budget to keep the job lead cost down for the tradesmen, but explain that you expect the actual cost to be higher. Ed
