Arrived on time with the necessary parts for my new flushing system and got on with the job imediately. Very efficient. He made sure everything was working well and that I was satisfied with the work before leaving. I would certainly use him again.

I did not proceed with the quote as it was too high, and I got the work done satisfactorily elsewhere at a significantly lower cost. They turned up to assess the job in the morning when we had agreed afternoon and I wasn’t in, fortunately my decorator was.

Came and visited on a Sunday evening - and gave a fair quote... work took a few minutes to address. Polite, friendly and flexible; I was quoted less by another tradesperson but I was more than happy to pay the extra to have it sorted quickly and work around my odd shift patterns. Highly recommended.
