William did a couple of jobs for us. He installed new radiators, fixed some pipes and updated some gear on the boiler. He was absolutely brilliant! Courteous, professional, always timely, kept me constantly updated and explained everything. I honestly cannot recommend him and his colleague Sam enough! Amazing, honest, hard working professionals. Do not hesitate to use them! !

Upon first william asssesed the job and quoted us a price we happy with. However whenever we messaged him he hardly replied for example: we asked him about bathroom installation he never got back. When he came and installed new radiators he did test the pipes and advised us not to put the boiler on in case if water leaks. I am no expert but surely he should have put the boiler on to test the radiators. All the heaters are leaking and he isnt responding to our calls or texts. Such a sad shame.
