I was initially very happy with the job to move the radiator - the piping was supposed to be placed under the floorboards. When my husband went into the cellar the insulation had been removed and not replaced and the pipes were looped down from the ceiling in front of an open vent. I have left a message with whitestar who have not responded. I now need to pay someone to moved the pipes - this has become a very expensive job.
