Al came in the evening of the day I posted the job and diagnosed the problem. He was smartly presented and easy to talk to but he also knew all the required technical specifications. We agreed on his quote and he arrived on time next morning with all the parts and a colleague to speed things up. He did not stop for tea or breaks and within 4 hours I had a fully functioning new boiler and a warm house . He was quiet and tidy and purposeful about the job. His price was fair especially as he was so prompt.
