Communication with the company was clear, polite, helpful & honest. The engineer arrived when he said he would. He covered the carpets, worked efficiently & conscientiously. He tidied up thoroughly as he went along. He was polite, amiable, and most importantly for me, great with dogs. We keep a large pack and he was friendly and calm with them. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and our lovely engineer. Would defo use this company again.

Great experience from start to finish, Indy was great giving us the quote explaining everything and not feeling like he was being pushy, gave us a fantastic quote to replace boiler, valves, pump and fitting a new hive control system. The job was booked in really quickly and the two gas fitters (2 Vics) were brilliant, very friendly and very professional, job was finished within the day and all mess cleared up. Can't recommend this company highly enough, thanks for making everything so easy!!

We were replacing an old back boiler and needed a whole new system putting in. The guy who came out to give the quote was lovely, professional and knowledgeable, able to explain the various options and give rough pricing before pulling up an itemised bill there and then for the job, offering a top line and mid-line boiler option. The job itself kept to the estimated time frame, the lads were efficient and friendly, advising us of each step and any potential noise or disturbance before they started.

Overall a good job done, the cleanup at the end was a bit rushed so that could have been better but all in all happy with the result.
