Quoted £62 (ex. VAT) for install, but when tech arrived 2 hrs late, said it was only for 30 mins. Job took 1 hr, then added £36 for parts already included with dishwasher. Refused to warranty door over minor cosmetic wear. After he left, door of dishwasher only opens 30%. No reply to complaint. Company has many similar reviews—avoid.

Booked the job 3 days in advance. Despite this, the plumber was 4 hours late and revealed when he arrived that he wouldn't do the job I'd requested. Absolute shysters.

Don't Bother! Useless! They told me someone would be out between 5pm and 6pm. After 6pm when no one had shown up, I tried to call to chase up and no one answered the phone. This meant I needed to contact someone else and pay extra because it was now out of hours. Then to make matters worse, I received a call the next day at around 10.30am to say an operative was in my area if I wanted to call them back - I didn't. At 12.30pm I got another call to say the operative was outside my property! AVOID

I had one job done, response was quick and done to good standard. They are quite expensive but worth considering if work is urgent

Had down stairs cistern fitted that I had purchased myself. Extractor fan fitted in bathroom that doesn't work and was unable to replace shower as he didn't want to take tiles off the wall. Charged £298 for less than 20 mins in the house completely unsatisfied
