Mark supported us with renovation and re-built 2 perfect bathrooms, changed all the pipes and radiators, and installed the boiler / pressurised hot water tank. 5 months later all works perfectly. Thank you.

Mark quoted quite low on my boiler replacement and as he was local and had good reviews I was happy to offer him the job. Mark said he could do the job on the following Saturday but he wanted to take a quick look beforehand to check it out. Mark was hoping top come on one of two evenings but did not turn up, then emailed to see if he could come early in the morning but despite my emailing him back immediately he neither replied to me or turned up the following day. At this point I had had enough.

The job was surveyed by Mark Thaw himself and two days after agreeing a start time one of his team, Svetly, a very pleasant and well qualified Bulgarian plumber turned up and was soon at work. He worked quietly, neatly and effectively, pausing only to explain what he was doing at different stages of the job. I could not have had better service nor a more pleasant surprise at how neat and clean and tidy Svetly left things when all was finished. Top marks for Thaw Out, perfect in all respects.

Mark came to replace 2 radiators and flush the system. The work was done quickly and they tried their best to avoid causing any disruption to the household, and left everything clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a plumber

Please to meet and deal with Mark. His company and operatives were professional and efficient. Care was taken over the work and it was delivered on time and areas were cleaned afterwards and furniture moved back into place. I have dumped my previous heating engineer (his quote was nearly twice that of Thaw Out) and will happily work with Mark again. Very pleased.
