I highly recommend this company. Russ was very flexible and easy to work with, provided very high quality work at a rapid pace with the final invoice being exactly what we were quoted whilst working to a tight budget. Highly recommend for anyone wanting quality work done with ease.

Russ contacted me within 10 minutes of me putting in the request, and was at my home within the hour to evaluate the job. He told me the day and time he would be there to carry out the work and he was true to his word. Russ had a very professional attitude to his work and his workmanship was first class. On completion of the task he cleaned up and arranged for all residual rubbish to be removed. I can thoroughly recommend Russ Oakes and Swiftfix. I would definitely use them again.

I WAS MORE THAN IMPRESSED WITH RUSS AND THE WAY HE HAD STARTED THE JOB TIL FINISH. RUSS AND HIS COLLEAGUE WERE VERY POLITE AND KEPT MY HOUSE VERY CLEAN OVERALL A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADESMEN WITH PLENTY OF GOOD SOUND ADVICE I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS PERSON AND USE HIM AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE ABU BLACKBURN LANCS

unfortunately we decided to go with a friend who gave us a slightly cheaper quote but swiftfix were excellent when they came to give us a quote. Friendly, lovely with my toddler and the dog.. would definately contact them again with any other jobs

I was initially impressed with the first contact being prompt and an appointment made to come and do the job. The young service enginerr was friendly but struggled a little to solve the problem at first but left with the boiler seemingly serviced and working as it should. However, we are now again having the same problem with it not always coming on when wwe want it too. My problem with this company though is the unreliablity of the company overall, I asked for a service contract to have them service my boiler annually, they have still not sent me the details, and I still have not yet received a receipt from them for the cash I paid out to the repair engineer. This I was promised would come by email......still waiting but not hopeful!!!

I was very impressed with the professional service and advice provided for the lighting project at our house. All work was carried out to the highest standard with minimal impact on our living environment. Russ was particulary kind to an over inquisitive 5 yr old never minding explaining for the fifth time what he was doing. I would certainly recommend them.

I used Russ and his team for another job some months ago, and due to a misunderstanding I gave him a bad review. This was wrong and I have since used him to refit my Bathroom and the work carried out was excellent, I can not express how much he did for us thefinished product is excelent. I wish to retract my previous post on his rating and replace it with this. I will definately use him again and will be reccommending his services to all my friends. Once Swiftfix realised that the guttering guy (who no longer works for them) had let us down, they got straight back in touch to sort it out. They came back the very next day and sorted the problem out - without charge. I am very happy with the outcome and am more than happy to change the rating to 5 stars. They obviously have very high work ethics and are committed to giving their customers a top quality service. I would definately use them again. Thanks, Russ.
