He isn't at all inauthentic he is considered, calm and measured and also very good at remote assessing. His engineer he sent was also very communicative and would be keeping me informed always as to his whereabouts. Jawad was able to come over within an hour or so of posting the job and was able to get it sorted despite it becoming complicated including minor breaking out of boxing and brickwork. Charges were exactly as advertised and all in all good value. I’d be perfectly happy to ask Jawad and company to do other work.
