Prompt response to request for help and fairly estimated and priced. Professional and friendly approach and quickly resolved additional unforeseen complexity to the problem. Steve left the bathroom clean and tidy and during the work gave clear information into what he was doing and why.

Problem with the toilet and ignored request for appt which I would have paid for. Disappointing to offer work and be ignored like this. Possibly worried he didn't fix properly.

Stevie completed the work we had requested, fitting a replacement bar shower unit, sink tap and pop up waste in a timely manner. He tidied up and left the bathroom tidy. Would definitely contact him again for any plumbing work.
