Charged for parking not applicable to the job and payment taken although unauthorised. Had to chase multiple times to find out what the outcome was for overpayment. Still awaiting response. Due to poor communication and lack of transparency, trust not present to move towards contracting the company.

Service of boiler was fine and straight forward, but booking process was terribe, dispite multiple full day slot being asked kept gettting late evening slot, whcih was not suitable in the end I had to cancel plans to just get it done. Not best for booking a simple boiler service with.

Not reliable as the appointment changed many times in short notice. The person arrived with no tools due to many issues and had to complete the work in a second appointment . Not recommended.

Brilliant service! Our boiler broke down on a Sunday, and Serviceteam had someone out the same day. The engineer, Jader was well-prepared, brought the correct parts, and had everything up and running quickly. Being able to send photos of the issue in advance really helped speed things up.
