The company has consistently grown to become one of the major providers of domestic services, with a full back up maintenance team. We have a diversified client base, comprising, private clients through to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Estate Agents & Insurance companies. To ensure we are achieving these objectives, our company organization and operations are independently certified by the relevant accreditors. Not reliable as the appointment changed many times in short notice. The person arrived with no tools due to many issues and had to complete the work in a second appointment . Not recommended.

Brilliant service! Our boiler broke down on a Sunday, and Serviceteam had someone out the same day. The engineer, Jader was well-prepared, brought the correct parts, and had everything up and running quickly. Being able to send photos of the issue in advance really helped speed things up. Extremely annoying company. They make automated calls with noone on the another side, just a bot asking to stay on line, and no way to stop their calls. 15 so far and continuing every 10 minutes

Absolutely disaster job, not only they never fixed the issue resulting in having to call another company to fix it, they charged me £417 pounds and refuse to refund the money on the basis that they "finished" the job. The customer service was appalling and playing the tactic of ignoring and delaying any communication, not responding to my emails and would highly recommend to avoid them. Two months after, I am still waiting for a response on the refund.

Job done well, involved two visits. Only issue with Service team was that they don't give a timed appointment so it may be necessary to plan to be at home for a whole day in readiness for a job that only takes half an hour.

.Mr Mosharaf was very professional and worked diligently and quickly. He also answered all of our questions. We will definitely hire him again for our electrical needs." I hired other electrician the same job take them 2 days, and did not complete it but Mr Mosharaf complete the job in less than 2 hours i highly recomend him very good rates .
