"Highly recommend. The process from start to finish was simple, and the team quoted from photos of my upstairs sink issue. Ethan kindly arranged the appointment and accommodated my preferred day. Friendly, clear communication. The tracking for David's van made preparing for the visit easier. David is a fantastic representation of Serviceteam. He explained what needed doing and got straight to work. Approachable, efficient, and sorted in one visit. Will be using Serviceteam again. Thanks team!

Excellent company, highly recommend them, Jader was the engineer today and he was very efficient and removed an old toilet and replaced it with my brand new one. All well done and cleaned everything in sight. He is an excellent plumber! Kevin who answered all questions I had. Was very helpful and efficient. I will use ServiceTeam again and again. They have already done a few jobs, so I will continue with them.

Serviceteam’s back office team and engineer were great from start to finish. They were friendly, straightforward, and very clear and quick with their communication throughout. Their quote was the most competitive for the work I needed, and the job itself was completed thoroughly and professionally. I would highly recommend them.

Very Bad Service. Service Team quoted me £115.20 for a Plumbing Job. After the Job was completed Service Team charged me an extra £10.80 for something I did NOT want nor require. Service Team are a Rip Off !

Charged for parking not applicable to the job and payment taken although unauthorised. Had to chase multiple times to find out what the outcome was for overpayment. Still awaiting response. Due to poor communication and lack of transparency, trust not present to move towards contracting the company.

For clarity, Serviceteam requests a small booking deposit (typically around 10%) for first appointments, and 50% only where bespoke materials must be ordered for quoted works. This is standard practice across the plumbing, heating and electrical industry and helps allocate engineer time. Many companies request full payment in advance. We cannot find any record of this reviewer having used our services. All payments are processed securely with standard debit and credit card protection for customers.

Service of boiler was fine and straight forward, but booking process was terribe, dispite multiple full day slot being asked kept gettting late evening slot, whcih was not suitable in the end I had to cancel plans to just get it done. Not best for booking a simple boiler service with.
