We are a small family run business with customer care at the forefront of everything we do. All jobs are carried out professionally and to the highest standard from start to finish, we will not let you down. Full apprenticeship served in City Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Domestic Gas utilisation installation and maintenance. Domestic Nat. Very good job, new boiler and relocated he works fast and efficient very tidy. Booked us in quickly to look at the job quote was quick and boiler in within a month and made sure we knew how to use the whole system before leaving and very friendly

Started of very helpful and reassuring and it's a shame I've had to put this negative review. The night prior to coming I was told he was coming a couple of hours later than planned, then in the morning apparently the van wasn't working so got a message will have to rearrange and this was 2 weeks ago. No further contact from Sean. Please keep to your word if you say your doing a job, please do it. Let down.

Excellent service in replacing 3 radiators. They came to do the job quickly and even helped our neighbour after he finished at our house. I would definitely recommend SWB and I wouldn't hesitate in using then again
